I'm Katherine Marino,
A current senior attending Villanova University, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with concentrations in Public Relations and Advertising, graduating in May 2026. As a student-athlete, I have strengthened my leadership, time management, and collaboration skills while building a strong foundation in brand strategy, digital marketing, and media relations through internship experience. I am looking for a career in marketing or advertising where I can use meaningful data insights to create impactful and meaningful campaigns.
Work Experience
At Area 23, I helped keep projects moving by coordinating work through Adobe Workfront and Veeva, supported strategy for both consumer and healthcare audiences, and worked on the winning pitch team that presented a branded campaign to the CEO and senior leadership
At Guestlist, I wrote weekly newsletters and blog posts surrounding trending wedding content. I also worked with the marketing team to shape the brand’s identity and digital strategy
At Lario Tessili, located in Lake Como, Italy, I researched the U.S silk market, pulled together insights on competitors and trends, and created a pitch deck with recommendations for breaking into the market
At Innovation Marketing, in Milan, Italy, I helped build a branding for an accessories start-up, managed B2B outreach and article distribution, and designed digital content for brand events
At the Nassau County Executive’s Office, I drafted press releases, updated web content and graphics, and supported community-focused initiatives for the county
